It is SO SIMPLE
Welcome to the Consulting Services Division of The Janitorial Agency. My name is Dennis Kocsis, Director of Consulting Services. My objective has two purposes: Purpose one is to gather information from you about your company that will enable us to market effectively. Purpose two is to send you information and tools that will empower you to be an effective and successful business owner. More than just marketing your company, TJA is committed to help your company maintain optimal health. Remember, 94% of cleaning companies each year will not be in business the following year. Our goal is to keep your company in the six percent of those companies that beat the odds, and succeed! Allow me to introduce you to the Consulting Service Program...
We begin by sending you our orientation packet - Within one week after the initiation of our partnership, we will send an orientation packet. The orientation packet will request information from the newly signed member such as corporate documentation or a signed W-9 form, Liability Insurance forms, references, and other business related forms and papers. Additionally, a Unique Selling Proposition (USP) checklist will be sent. This checklist will request information such as a logo, a slogan, website address, and other information that are marketing related. As you complete the orientation packet, you may find that you do not possess some of the information requested. No problem. We will work with you during the consulting phase of our program to help you incorporate these important documents in your company’s portfolio.
Formal Orientation Appointment (FOA) - Once you have received the orientation packet, you will be required to call our office to engage in a formal orientation. During the FAO you will speak with one of our consulting department staff members. The staff member will review the Orientation Packet information and USP Checklist with you over the phone, and highlight important information that you will need to understand and adhere to in order to maintain the standards and expectations of our partnership. At the completion of this appointment, you will be asked to sign the orientation packet agreement page, and return it along with the requested information to our office. Your information will be placed into a exclusive file. At the conclusion of this appointment, you will be scheduled for the next phase of the consulting process. At each scheduled appointment, it will be REQUIRED that you call our office on your appointed date and time. Failure to comply will result in delays, not only of the consulting process, but more importantly, in the marketing of your company by TJA. This will have an adverse effect upon receiving contract opportunities.
Consulting Phase One - During this first phase of our consulting services, we will begin by introducing you to our consulting services. Our consulting services were developed to assist our members in two vital areas of business, marketing and business discipline. A Company Profile Assessment (CPA) will be taken at this appointment covering four different components: general business information, corporate structure, operations and job related experience. Gathering this information will allow us to properly focus our energy to best help your company grow in a healthy and successful way. This appointment will be followed-up with an email that will allow TJA to send information such as a Business Plan Template, logo and slogan suggestions, and additional correspondence based on our conversation. If you currently have all or part of a USP in place, we will require that all information be sent to our offices.
Consulting Phase Two- During this phase of consulting, you will be required to respond to the email and its requests for information. All information will be reviewed and forwarded to the proper department for processing.
Consulting Phase Three - During this phase of consulting, you will be required to send a draft of the Business Plan. Upon receiving the draft, a phone consultation will need to be scheduled. Together, we will have the opportunity to review the information and address any changes if needed. It will then be your responsibility to prepare a final draft that is suitable for print. At the conclusion of phase three, an Operations Manual & Employee Handbook template will be forwarded for you to begin work on.
Consulting Phase Four - During this phase of consulting, you will be required to send a draft of the Operations Manual & Employee Handbook. Upon receiving the drafts, a phone consultation will need to be scheduled. Together, we will have the opportunity to review the information and address any changes if needed. It will then be your responsibility to prepare a final draft that is suitable for print. At the conclusion of phase four, TJA’s Consulting Team will continue to send you information via email that will help keep your company up-to-date with changes in the industry, opportunities for growth through TJA’s Licensed Dedicated Agent program, and other valuable information to keep your company at its peak of health and overall success. This is a lifetime commitment to you, our valued member.
